The weather prediction was for a rainy, cloudy 4th of July but the appearance of our first Willet chicks of the season certainly brightened the day!

Willet chicks! Spectacular! It's been three years since I've seen them there on the south end...so nice to see! I hope they're making out OK. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for all you bird stewards do to help these precious birds thrive.
